Biography

I have a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy

from Friends University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology

and Community Psychology from Wichita State University,

with a minor in Social Work. I utilize many evidence-based,

therapeutic modalities to include Narrative, Experiential,

Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and Sand Tray Therapies.

My husband and I have been married for 27 years. We have four children, one daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren.

Our family has ministered to children and families as foster

parents for four years. I have been blessed to serve in various

women’s and children’s ministries over the past twenty years

and have a love for learning and spending quiet time with God

in His Word. I am so thankful for God’s grace in my life! He has held onto me through so much and He never lets me go.

(John 10:29) (Ephesians 2:8-9)

I am so glad you’re here! My approach to therapy is to look for people's strengths. You may just need to talk, or you may find yourself in a place of brokenness and uncertainty. Either way, I count it an honor to walk alongside you.

Many Blessings,

Bonnie Arredondo, LCMFT

A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit saps a person’s strength " Proverbs 17:22
